Our clinical and administrative staff treat patients with respect and expect to be treated with respect in return. We understand that it can be difficult for some people to manage illness, pain and worry. We ask that while you are in our practice, or talking with us over the telephone, that you communicate with us if you are finding something too difficult to manage. Our doctors, staff and patients have the right to be in a safe environment and for this reason we do not accept verbal abuse directed at our staff, antisocial or intimidating behaviour, or physical violence.
“This practice is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal health information. Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorized members of staff.”
